CAPACITY
We recently converted from manual molding with squeezers and Rotolift to automatic molding. This has dramatically increased our capacity to take on new work.
QUALITY COMPARISION
Like most foundries, we used to subcontract some of our work to other foundries when we were extremely busy. We decided to end this practice and increase our own capacity because the quality of castings that we received was inferior, even from ISO 9000 foundries.
LARGE ORDER SMALL PARTS
We can work on short orders, such as 25 pieces, or large orders, such as 4,000 pieces. All of our work fits in a 20 x 24 Hunter Automatic Molding Machine.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We will work directly with clients, buyers, engineers, or sales reps providing pattern design, castings, and light machining.
